Guidelines regarding cancellation of admissions and refund of fees.
Candidates seeking cancellation of admission must submit a written request to the college administration along with all relevant documents. The request shall be processed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the institution and statutory authorities.
Refund of tuition fees and other charges, if applicable, shall be governed by the policies prescribed by the Government of Kerala, Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS), Indian Nursing Council (INC), and other competent authorities.
Application fees, registration fees, processing fees, and other administrative charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified by applicable regulations.
Approved refunds shall be processed through the original mode of payment or bank transfer. The processing time may vary depending on institutional procedures and banking regulations.
In case of duplicate transactions, technical errors, or payment failures resulting in incorrect deductions, candidates should immediately contact the college administration with proof of payment for verification and resolution.
The institution reserves the right to revise this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time in accordance with applicable regulations and institutional requirements.
